To create an inclined box shape, kneel near the end of a box top, with hands on a mat, shoulder width apart.
Lower nose and forehead to the mat to create equilateral triangle with hands.
Take the weight on hands and forehead and walk knees forward to end of the apparatus.
Pull C of G (hips) over base triangle by pulling legs into a tuck shape.
Balance in a tuck shaped headstand.
Equal weight on each part of the triangle.
Keep elbows in (narrow).
Hands grip the floor.

Reverse action to exit balance.
N.B. Do not take the weight on top of head. This rounds the back and inhibits balance.
