Handball: Rob The Treasure

DESCRIPTION

All kind of materials are on an island of mats. Two or three players defend the traesure and the others try to rob objects from the mats.
When tagged by the tagplayers the robbers go to their own mat and try again.
The game ends when all the material is robbed.
Players who robbed most things are winners.

COACHING POINTS

Also rewarding the defenders of the treasure is possible. Measure the time in which all materials are robbed. Trio who had defended their treasure the longest time are winners.

line race:

All players start at the starting point.
The trainer calls out a number e.g. 2. Players run to line 2 and back.
Player who comes first wins and gets a point.

variations :
- loser gets a letter of the word DONKEY every time he comes last.
Who is the real DONKEY : who gets all the letters first is the real loser/DONKEY
- change ways of moving around : hop,move sidewards
- do it when dribbling

cross my land:

White player and green player start at the same time.
They dribble through the areas and are accompanied by a defender blue.
When the green and white players are in the same area, the blue players give them each others' attacker.
