DESCRIPTION

One player runs to the mat and throws it over to its other side, runs back to his group first rounding the cone, touches the next player who goes and does the same.
Which mat reaches the other side first ?

Dive shot match:

Each group has a bench with cones placed on it, a falling mat and a ball.

The objective for players is to try and hit the cones off the bench with a diving shot.

belly hop-scotch:

Work in pairs.
One is lying on the floor, belly down.
Number two is lying next to him in push-up position.
Jumps over the other one and land in push-up position.
Now number two jumps over number one etc.

Most times in a certain time.
Who will be at the finish line first ?

No more than Two:

The red player is the tagger and is trying to tag the other players.

When the players who trying to avoid being tagged fall down on a mat they cannot be tagged.

However, there can be no more than two players to a mat so if there are already two players on a mat and a third player jumps on the player who has been on the mat the longest must get off.
