DESCRIPTION

Players make circle holding eachothers hands or fore-arms.
In the center are a number of cones.
Players push and pull so that others touch the cones.

Touching a cone means a penalty point
e.g use the letters of the word DONKEY.
Every time you touch a cone you receive a letter of the word DONKEY.
The first who has the complete word DONKEY loses the game.

Sumo strength:

Cone off a small square area with all between 4-8 players inside it.

In a Sumo style players, using only the side of your body, hands and arms, players must try to push and pull the other players out of the square.

See who the last player is inside the square.

Relay with blocking:

Split your group in half and line them up behind two different cones on the sideline.

On the coach's call players from both line run one at a time around the cone and back. Once they're back the next player can go.

However, to make things hard for them there are two players on the cone on the opposite side of the court who are trying to block the running players. Which group will finish first?
