Handball: Hit the dragons tail

Pairs move to and away from each other and move in to each other while passing.

They should try to receive passes while moving towards the ball and also while retreating, working on receiving the ball while running in different directions and passing to moving players.

Pass B1-B2-B2 and goalshot.

Passing and receiving in motion. After the goalshot the left and right backcourtplayer change positions.

- center shot hip height

- center shot knee height

Both sides line up facing one another, with the ball starting on opposite sides.

The player who starts with the ball throws to the player opposite them who then returns the ball. They then throw the second player on the opposite side who also returns the ball. Finally they throw the ball across to the third player on the opposite side who then returns the ball.

Pass B1-R1-B1 throw at goal.
R1 runs around the cones and comes up to pass as a pivot.

First without a defender, (moving with sidesteps from left to right) later with a passive defender who only shows the attacker where to throw : defender has hands high --> attacker should decide for a shot at hip of knee height. Defender has hands low --> attacket decedis to throw with a high shoulder height center shot or running shot.
