Attacker wants to get past the defender on the left side to throw at the goal.
Attacker catches the ball when landing on both feet, this fixes the defender.
First step is with the left foot when making half a turn, in which the back comes towards the defender, so the ball is 100% protected.
Second step is with the right foot in full turning around which brings the attacker next to the defender.
