Players move between the two cones while passing the ball to one another.
To move players should side-step, always facing forwards and keeping an eye on the other players.
Running forwards to defend:
Take small, fast steps, never jump, stand diagonally, face towards the ball, arms open, wide and high and knees slightly bent.
Turning:
Leave foot which is closest to the goal on the floor and turn on it to the direction you want to go to, turn until attacker is in front, arms slightly bent forward
Getting back into defence
Small, fast steps, sprint back, don't use side steps.
