Blue players line up behind three cones outside the 9 meter line.
The defender stands between the 7 and the 9 meter line, ready to block the attacker's run.
Attacking players take it in turns to dribble forwards and try and shuffle, feint and force their way past the defender.
After they have completed their run players then move in a clockwise direction to the next group.
Progression:
If players successfully get past the defender they are rewarded with the opportunity to shoot on goal.
Defending in a personal duel:
Ensure that players' arms are slightly bent and in front of them. Prevent attackers from coming between your arms. Move laterally with your attacker and always remain between the goal and the attacker.
