Blue 3 and 4 stand with their backs to the defenders, setting up a back screen. Blue 4 then passes the ball out to blue 3 who runs forward towards blue 6 who is continuing to screen white 3.
At this point blue 2 begins their run between white players 1 and 2 as blue 3 throws the ball behind white 2, into the path of blue 2.
If you want to make this drill active but still keep an element of choice set up the drill evenly so that blue 3 can choose to either run left or right and then play out the free throw.
