DESCRIPTION

Pass B-A-B-C-B.

A goes to defending position after passing to B and defends 1:1 against B.

A and B change positions after duel.

COACHING POINTS

A sprints to circle and forward to meet B in 1v1 duel.

OFTEN USED WITH...

1:1 duels:

Attacker 1 rounds the cone gets pass from 2 and duels with defender 1 (2 on the right)

Change defenders after 5-8-10 actions
Chnage after evry action

3:2:1 defence

5:1 defence:

Pass B1-B5-B1 who duels with R1.
Same with B2.

5:1 defence

1v1 with libero support:

Blue 1 is the feeder in this drill and alternates the pass left-right.

Upon receiving the pass blue 2 runs forward and duels with the defender (red 2). Red 1 is libero (spare defender) and moves to cover and help to keep the attacker out in case of emergency.

Repeat on other side. After 4 attacks each players rotate 1 position in a clock-wise direction.

3:2:1 defence

3:2:1 defence:

Pass B1-B2-B1, duel with R1.
R1 starts for the fast break, catches ball from goal keeper.
B1 and R1 change places.
