DESCRIPTION

Goalkeeper stands on the circle line facing the goal. The player behind him rolls the ball into the goal. When the goalkeeper notices the ball he goes for it and tries to get the ball before it crosses the goal line.

COACHING POINTS

Each goalkeeper should perform 2 series of 8 balls.

Guess Who:

All players are around the goal with a ball each. The goalkeeper is in the goal, facing it. The trainer points to someone to shoot. The trainer blows his whistle and the goalkeeper quickly turns around and stops the shot.

Kick and Touch:

Goalkeepers stand opposite each other, and one player holds the ball behind his back and suddenly shows it on either side at shoulder height.

The goalkeeper in front of him reacts as quickly as possible and touches the ball with his hand and foot simultaneously.

Choose and Stop:

All players are around the goal with a ball each on the floor in front of them. The goalkeeper is in the goal, touches a goal post, sprints forward to a player of his choice, gives him the ball, quickly returns to his goal running backwards. The player tries to score a goal and the goalkeeper tries to stop the shot.

Stop the Overhead Balls:

Goalkeeper stands on the goal line. He sprints forward, touches the ball of the blue player, who throws it high over the goalkeeper's head into the goal. When the goalkeeper has touched the ball he goes for it and tries to get the ball before it crosses the goal line.
