In recent years, throw-offs after conceding a goal have become a powerful weapon in handball. While your opponents are away celebrating, if you're quick enough you can take advantage by taking a fast throw-off and attempting to score.
This week we teach your players to put the disappointment of conceding behind them, particularly your goalkeeper. It is their responsibility to get the ball quickly from the net and throw it forward to a player who will be waiting to take a fast throw-off.
