With this session we aim to help you get your players back in the game this Fitness Session - Getting them to jump, Sprint and Dig Deep in this gruelling fitness session!

Starting with some handball related stretches this session then gets straight to work - getting groups large and small alike to work hard and work on their fitness whilst still trying to complete core skills such as dribbling and shooting - even when fatigued!
