What's in the session?
We begin with a recap of the jump shot technique, before then getting your players to practice in an unopposed shooting practice. As the session progresses, so do the drills, as we introduce a defensive element to these practices - culminating in a fun final game which will encourage players to unleash the fury with their new found jump shot confidence!
