Handball is a precision sport that requires accuracy from players. The more accurately your players can throw the ball (to each other or at goal) the more successful they'll be!
This plan has been designed to encourage players to think about where they're throwing the ball and to encourage them to focus on hitting the target to prevent interceptions and loose balls.
What's in the session?
Through a series of fun games (including Handball Dodgeball and Cone Ball) you'll be able to hone your players' throwing accuracy - the winning team will be the one with the best throwing and shooting accuracy!
