They should be positioned in such away that the players exiting one traingle can run in straight line to into the next.
The practice is that the players have to run in to one side of the triangle and exit through another side.
To start with make the players stop the ball inside the traingle befor moving on to the next one.
After a couple of goes each they should be able to go through the course without stopping.
