DESCRIPTION

2 Balls Players in the middle receive the ball on the reverse pass the ball on to the next player to then receiving the same ball back again on the reverse.

COACHING POINTS

The players receiving should not turn the corner until the player with the ball is ready to pass the ball back.

OFTEN USED WITH...

run out to receive and pass on:

Players start on small square and run out to the corner of the bigger square to receive the ball.

After having received the ball and having passed it on to the next player the player should return to the middle square.

Passing & Receiving

Receive Fitness:

3 Players, 2 Balls. One of the players runs between the two players with the balls. He/she receives and returns the ball to the same player. FOREHAND TO FOREHAND ONLY.

Receive and Dribble Fitness:

Player without the ball receives the ball from one of the players and runs with it around the far cone and passes the ball back. He/she then receives the next ball from the other player in front of the near cone etc.

Reverse Stick Repetition:

Player in the middle runs to receive the ball on his/her reverse stick side from one of the sides and then passes it on. He/she then runs out to receive the ball on the reverse again. Repeat.
