Then set out as many cones on the outside (5 meters away) for 2 players and a ball to start from.
One of the players in each pair runs with the ball into the centre area and goes round several cones before reteurning and giving the ball to the next player.

Players on leaving the centre pass the ball to their partner.
Players coming out of the centre pass the ball to any player on the outside.
