- The coach shouts at a variety of numbers
- Players who these number refer to run in and begin playing
Drills end on a goal or after 60 seconds of play
- Players should realise when the counter attack is on, and fully commit to the play
- The players remaining on the side line should always be watching the game. This is so they can learn from their peers, as well as keeping them safe from stray balls
