Set Up:
1 feeder, 1 catcher, 2 tennis balls (different colours), cones.
The feeder and the worker stand opposite each other 3 metres apart.
The Drill:
Feeder holds 2 different colour balls at arms length, and calls out the colour of the ball they want the the worker to catch.
The worker reacts and moves forward to catch the ball after just one bounce.
The worker retreats to the starting position and the drill is repeated.
The feeder can aslo call for both balls to be caught.
Player on the balls of their feet, body weight moving forward, small quick steps.
Repeat 5 times then rotate players around.
