The ball is placed in the middle of the playing area.
The first player (3) runs in, picks the ball up and does an under arm flick to the opposite player (1).
The receiving player catches the ball and then runs back into the middle where they put the ball down again before joining the back of the opposite queue.
As the player (1) joins he back of the line they tag the next player (4) and the drill continues.
The first team to take 10 catches wins. If a catch is dropped then the score goes back to 0.
