DESCRIPTION

  • The aim of the exercise is to develop core activation buy using a bungie to also develop arm strength. This is the activation movement we are looking for when we throw the ball this will then keep you in a strong position.

COACHING POINTS

  • Throw/Pull the bungie with pace and power hold your shape after release and try not to tip over, finish square to the target.
