Prepare your players to handle left-handed opponents, improving their play so they are ready to deal with a variation of different shots, whilst pulling off a winning combination themselves. Make sure your players are ready and able to deal with left-handers effectively!
It's important that your players are aware of the difference on court when playing left-handed players - opposed to right-handed opponents - and how they will have to adapt their play to deal with this. With a number of groundstroke exercises, such as tactical variation, help your players make decisions under pressure and develop different strategies to put the opposition on the back foot.
We also work on building your player's strength to produce a powerful backhand, as well as putting their serve out, so your players will be fully prepared to deal with the left-hander! Don't miss a beat with this session and help your players adapt on court.
