With a mixture of simple tennis running and rallying drills you can use this session with large mixed ability groups - with half the group working off the playing court on their footwork whilst the remainder of your group are working hard on the court - perfecting their movement towards the ball.
By getting up and down the court quickly, with a high intensity, your players will be able to meet the ball and prepare for their next shot with time to spare!
