What's in the Session?
The session begins with a warm-up exercise to strengthen the players back's ensuring they can control their own body positions. After the warm-up, the session moves onto footwork, developing the players movement around the court.
The session then transitions into controlling the racquet head particularly with their non-dominant hand.
Use this session to get your players using the volley to their advantage, being able to put pressure on the opposition and deal with any pressure thrown their way!
