What?s in the session?
You are only as good as your second serve. This session looks to develop a reliable first and second serve to take the pressure off and approach the baseline with confidence. The player works on a precise toss and the ability to add topspin to the second serve to generate good height over the net and desired consistency. The technical quality of the upper body is added to the serve to develop additional power and control over the shot.
