How do you improve a players' reflexes and natural tennis instincts? By challenging your players to play lots of shots in quick succession, with minimal thinking time.
This is exactly what we do in this week's session, as we challenge your players to play a lot of points within a short space of time in a fun, physically demanding and competitive games based environment. Your players will play the first shot that comes into their head and thus you will be able to coach the results, reinforcing good shot selection and encouraging players to try different tactics when faced with a particular type of ball.
We start with a tag doubles drill - where players take it in turns to play out a point in this first 11 points game, if they win they stay on the court to play the other player in the opposite pair, but they only stay on for a maximum of 3 points.
