Make sure your players are fully warmed up and prepared for the season ahead, but do this in a way that is fun and engaging to ensure you get a buy in from your athletes
The session then develops the fundamental movement patterns of tennis and getting use to the bounce of the ball
Use the session to improve your players' tennis physical literacy, confidence striking and receiving the ball and the basics of shots.
