Without a serve they can rely on, your players will immediately lose the upper hand when serving. That's why in this week's session we focus on getting the ball over the net with consistency on both the first and second service.
What's in the session?
Working in pairs throughout this session, your players take it in turns to serve and return. While one player practices serving to try and hit specific areas, their partner is tasked with returning the serve - trying the break their opponent's serve.
