This week's session focuses on improving accuracy and consistency in the two most common shot types that players will make in any match; the Serve and Return.
Without a serve they can rely on, your players will immediately lose the upper hand when serving. That's why in this week's session we focus on getting the ball over the net with consistency on both the first and second service.
What's in the session?
Working in pairs throughout this session, your players take it in turns to serve and return. While one player practices serving to try and hit specific areas, their partner is tasked with returning the serve - trying the break their opponent's serve.
As the session progresses you'll be able to put greater demands on your players, ensuring they hit the ball into specific areas to test their accuracy and improve both their serving and returning ability. Try this session with your players and improve their serve and return percentages today!
