This session takes you through another element to the modern game - developing your forehand to adapt to the new way of playing. If you watch any of the big names in Tennis, such as Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal, both use different types of forehand and have adapted their game to become fearsome to play against. Take a look at this session to see your players play aggressive and attacking!
What’s in the Session?
Start off with a simple speed and agility drill, to get your players used to move around to reach the inside in or out forehand, developing their speed on court. Continue through a series of drills which will get your players hitting the forehand on the rise, on the volley and cross-court. Also look at the way that stars Nadal and Federer execute their forehands, inspiring your players to play like grand-slam champions!
