What is the rules for a penalty corner pusher or injector? Must have one leg in or u can have both leg out to use a sweep?
Both legs out is fine to start BUT this method tends to lead to players running early from the goal line and umpires can't pick this up as they have many things to consider at a PC.
Even with young players I tend to get them to drag the ball out unless of course your on grass.
Hi Coach Jon Royce. Thank you for your reply. Will take that advise.
You MUST have one leg out side the base line. As Jon says you can have both legs outside, but on grass, a leg either side of the line and shoulders lined up to where you want the ball to go, will make it easier if they are hitting the ball out.
