Require suggestions for a team match plan for a nines tournament
Hi Mike,
I suggest going with a 3-3-2 formation for the 9`s tournament. With this formation of 3 Defenders and 3 Midfielders it should allow you to control the game from the back and in midfield. When the ball goes into the attackers, it`s important that they get support from the midfielders. Also ensure that you don`t over commit when going forward and some players hold their position to protect from the opposition catching you out on the break.
If you have some time before the tournament, try to get those fitness levels up as there will be a lot of running involved! Good luck!
