Can anyone recommend a warm up drill for improving agility, balance and coordination?Currently attending level 1 introducing children to rugby; I have some ideas already in mind. I'm interested to hear other ideas. Thanks

Have you tried looking in our Agility sport section of the site?
The drill I've attached below might be useful - you could add a ball to it to relate it more closely to rugby.
Hope this helps and look forward to hearing other coach's suggestions.

simple agility drill but really awesome!!
start cone. 2 cones10 yds up the pitch, a yard apart . another 2 cones 10 yds on. another 2 cones 10 yds on. another 2 cones 10 yds on. player jogs to first cones on left side. side slide (no crossing feet ) to right side of cones jog on to next 2 cones.. now approaching on right side jog slightly past cone backwards between the cones then out and fwd again.(always facing fwd) alternate left side approach /right side. Alternatly 4 stations out are "slides" and return are "through the gate" without ball, then with ball in 2 hands. simple
