I'm setting up a Rugby team in Aalesund Norway and I need to know regulation dimensions about kit and equipment especially goal posts as we will have to get them made for now,please help
With all the protective equipment now on the market, does anyone know what the best Head protector and shoulder protector on the market is. Its for a hard hiiting 16 year old that doesnt hold back which is why im looking for the best. I know that protective gear isnt the be all and end all but it might help him in some situations. I love this drill but we only have 3 practices a week so on the other days how are my players getting better game awareness. I just wish there was a drill that if you could get the right equipment, you could get better game awareness by yourself.

Getting quite frustrated that my u10's are not using the space on the pitch and tend to bunch up. Despite various drills and game scenarios to force them to spread out and pass to someone in space they revert in any game to bunching up around the ball and taking it back into the thick of the opposition rather than looking left or right! Any ideas how to change their ways?

What a fantastic tool. The Chalkboard and session tools make an unbelievable difference in making training plans in both time and organization. I will be instructing all of my assistant coaches that this tool must be used for all sessions during the season, so that we may build a club coaching resource library.
