Sportplan rugby has played a large role in my team's love for the game!
what are simple drills for touch rugby...to get ready for the season?
If you have 30 min before the start of a match how should you prepare a team of under 10 players. How do you get them suitably motivated to hit the ground runnung with a high level of intensity.
Can you tell where to find the fitness test that was shown last week
I have just started helping our head coach with under12's team. He wants to retire and has put me forward to be head coach next season. I am a little worried on how i should aproach training with the boys, going to a full 15 a side team on a full pitch. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
How can I overcome my son's fear of tackling. He's 10 and shaping up to be a useful player in other areas but is very reluctant to engage other players in contact. What drills might help overcome this?
I have a new team of high school girls who exceeded expectations but have lost their confidence after a weekend of loses at a 7's tournament. How do I rebuild their morale so they can get back on track?
Are there also examples of complete training sessions fro u10?
i have been told i need to make my warm ups more rugby specific and game appropriate, what are some small drills i can do at the end of the warm up that don't involve too much contact but will get players ready for a training session or match
I've a few players who genuinely do not like tackling but love the game in every other facet. Does anybody have experience indealing with this predicament. We have practiced the basic techniques repeatedly but when it comes to game time these kidsjust won't engage with the shoulder but use outstretched arms in a feeble attempt to tackle. It can be very frustrating ....
hello there people I am looking for new ideas on high ball skills that I can incorporate into a 1 week training session much help will be appreciated cheers kudz
Hi SportsplanI subscribed some time ago paying £4.49 per month, then a number of drills were locked telling me I had to pay £4.99 per month for premium so I did this.now I've realised I've been paying both £4.49 and £4.99 per month so yesterday I cancelled the £4.49 subscription to keep the premium so I can view all drills.so when I've gone to view a drill for this afternoon's training session it tells me I have to subscribe to premium at £4.99 which I've already done, can you check and sort this problem out please as I need it quickly.Graeme Winterburn
The plan sheets will not let you add content, when will this be fixed

Hi, I have a large pack, some new to rugby, and they are really passionate and impactful, but some are really struggling with helping get them on top of their fitness and aerobic exercise. One prop in particular is only 11 yrs old, but deperate to convert osme weight to focus on fitness. Any tips or exercise routines that I can use to get a heavy forward pack to work on their fitness training outside of the once a week rugby training session we have as a team?
Hi,Previously I could create multiple clipboards, but it seems this function has been removed. Having multiple clipboards really helps when using the app through a training session. Is there a way to still create multiple clipboards?ThanksNick

I need ideas for fun team building activities and any fun games to help towards team building. Has anyone got any ideas on what to do? Anything to spice up rugby training sessions in the dark, cold winter nights.
My U11's are a mixed bunch when it comes to tackling. Some very good, most OK, some ...hmmmm... enough said. Been through all the drills and when we break things down, go back to basics, everything appears OK, but it doesn't always transfer into the game. Any ideas on small group games that will allow me to combine technique with confidence?
I'm about to begin coaching forwards at the college level, any drills, conditioning, tips, or any suggestions from my more experienced ruggers will be greatly appreciated
