I would like to cancel my basketball subscription - the next payment is due on 14 October 2021. I have attempted to cancel myself and followed the instructions provided to others in your help section - but there is no option anywhere to cancel the subscription, just details on my next payment, previous payments and to cancel my profile altogether. I also checked the App Store, as you had advised another subscriber. I really enjoy your site and have received a great deal of coaching assistance from using the available drills. This inability to cancel the subscription does your reputation a disservice.
