
Agility circuit for Week 2. Students can be in 4 teams or just be individuals. The order of activities on the inside are ladder, hurdles, agility poles, diagonal cones
Students can either: 1. complete one section and high 5 the next person to go 2. complete a full lap and high 5 the next person to go 3. as above but recieve a football, cricket ball, netball, soccer ball pass from the person next in line that they have to catch/trap and pass back.
