The length of the course is 10 meters and the width is 5 meters, each marker in the center is spaced 3.3 meters apart. At the start mark lie on your front and hands by your shoulders. On the word go jump up as quickly as possible run around the course in the direction indicated, without knocking over the markers. Once completed one have a break for one min then go again, do this 3 times
