1. player starts in circle 45 seconds on. 2. player working with shouts a colour and player has to pass foot over cone and return to circle always facing forward. 3. if player shouts ball instead of colour player has to take ball down control and return to feet of player without disturbing cones. 4. players switch and repeat twice
