Flat and high catching drill, which includes throwing at target (stump and PUGG). Hit 2 flat catches at player on the red cone, 1 from each coach (or side) - after each catch they throw the ball at the stump from where the catch came. After the second flat catch, the player runs from red cone out between the PUGGs to take a high catch with the flight, hit from the coach; then throw back to the coach. High catch hit out from the other coach, moving the player to the side to take it. Throw back to that coach. Player gets a 3rd high catch and throws it back to the coach from where it came. Repeat with new player.
