Players split into groups of 2 with 1 player with the harness the other holding the release strap. when the player starts running they sprint as fast as they can forward to the ball at the release line the person holding you back will release the strap and you continue sprinting to the ball pick the ball up in 1 hand and continue sprinting to the stumps.
