Warm-up drill. Setup: Starting cone (bottom of diagram) 5m square set up 5m from first cone, with one cone in the centre Final cone 10-15m from top of diamond, place ball on cone Players line up at bottom cone. First player runs into diamond, taps middle cone Side step left, tap cone, turn ansd side step left back to middle and tap cone Side step right, tap, turn and side step right return, tap middle cone Backward run to bottom of diamond, tap, turn, backward run to middle and tap Run forwards to top cone, tap on way through, continue to top cone Next player repaeats 1-6 As the next player runs through, the first player underarms a catch to the player running through as the pass the top of the diamond Running player catches and take position at the cone Next player runs through the drill, continue until all players have finished
