1. Set up 3 steps out from delivery stride 2. Walk in taking 3 steps towards the batter 3. Delivery action as normal to release the ball 4. Finish action by exaggerating back leg drive after release of the ball and driving back knee towards the target or batter at the other end of the pitch
Make sure weight is always going towards the target - batter or stumps Drive head forward throughout action towards target Drive back leg hard and make sure the back knee points towards the target, not over rotating towards cover
