1. Set up on a step or box, with weight on one leg (front landing leg) 2. Jump off this leg and land on mini-tramp on the opposite (back) leg 3. Try to hold the delivery action position while on the tramp, landing on your back leg 4. Finish the normal action, not releasing the ball
Try to hold your weight for 2-3 seconds once landing on your back leg This will prevent collopsing on that back leg Stay strong in your upper body delivery action as well, until ready to finish the drill off
