DESCRIPTION

2 teams throw Cricket balls at the exercise ball to push it past the oppositions line.

COACHING POINTS

Add these elements: relay before throwing by placing 8 balls at a cone 30 meters away. Team can't start until all 8 balls are retrieved. Option 2: Place throwers inside a coned area. Any balls that are nor fielded and go beyond the coned area are out of play. Winner is th team who has the ball over the oppositions line.
