Coach throws ball towards the middle of the two fielders They must call early and commit to stopping the ball. Once stopped they must throw to the other fielder for them to return ball to WK.
To get there early and steady there body as quickly as possible to take the ball cleanly. In Some cases they may have to throw themselves at the ball
