The person behind the stumps will start with the ball and roll it to the person behind the red cone who will then underarm the ball aming for the stumps. The person behind the blue cone who is backing the stumps up will then pick up the ball which has ben thrown and will then have a throw at the other set of stumps, the person behind that set of stumps will then pick the ball up and throw it back to the person behind the first set of stumps and the drill starts again with each player moving on to the next station i.e. person at the red cone moves to the blue cone.
