Plyer at A starts on rear cone and starts walking in (Between 2 cones) Coach hits the ball out toward player and calls "Keeper" or "Bowler". Player fields ball cleanly and throws at designated end for run out. Corresponding Player at the backup cone B or C runs around and backs up. Thrower replaces backup player and vice versa
