The performer will have 6 warm up balls to get himself loose. The performer will then try and hit a set coned area as many times as he can. Once the performer has hit the target area 20-25 times then the foam target will be added. The foam target will make the player think not just about hitting the perfect length but also hitting the top of off-stump. This needs to be hit 6 times.
