Set up a grid with cones creating 3 squares by 3 squares. Players line up at opposite ends and one player in each team has a ball. Object is to through the ball (players to through at the same time) so that it bounces in a square. The team then claims that square (coach to place a coloured bib in the square). Objective is for a team to get 3 squares in a row. If both balls land in the same square the square remains unclaimed.
Focus on body position and balance. Follow through in direction of throw. Progression - if team receiving the throw miss field they lose a square.
